Display limited in custom fields

Hi,

i want to know how to this.

Let say, i already create new custom fields and named it as upload type with single dropdown field type, and have 2 value, value a and value b.

so i create another custom fields for relate to upload type value field.

i named it as data 1 which is display limited to upload type and value a.

also with data 2 which is display limited to upload type and value b.


so, i want if user select the value a, only custom field on data 1 appear.


but the thing is,

all the custom field that i create before shows on front end, and the display limited not working.


how to do this, or maybe because my mistake.

i think i found another problem on Custom text in Custom fields.

i already insert some wording in Custom text and want to relate it with another custom field, and save it.

but when i make an editing to my data, which is to select Display limited to relate another custom field, my custom text suddenly disappear, and when i try to reinsert again there is no luck.


how to solve this issue?
