How to add search box

hi,

In my website im using hikashop. i need to add a text box to search products. in my template i have a textbox. how to make it works with hikashop. simply the user will enter some text in that text box and click search button. then the products/categories related to search text should be displayed.

Hi,

You can configure the joomla search module for that via the module manager of joomla.
You also need to publish and configure the search plugins of HikaShop which interface with that module via the plugins manager of joomla.
