First of all, support has been amazing, even with my basic & seemingly irritating questions so thank you in advance. My site login is at the very bottom of the text I have so you can go an see how i have things set up.

Q1. based on my visual picture i have attached, how am i able to decrease the space between the social buttons and the actual t-shirt image?

Q2. in the visual you will also see a huge gap of white space on the right side of page.
can i place tshirts, or thumbnails, or anything in that area? I don't mind if its a static image that
has to stay there for each tshirt either. (just something)

Q3. How do I make it to where taxes only get applied to people that buy shirts from louisiana?
my client is saying we have to do this based on what his CPA told him.

Q4. It seems like address, name, etc. is cached into the site to where I had someone else test
the cart/checkout and he was able to see my information in the cart/checkout. It seems like I may have a setting that is enabling my information to cache and stay in the checkout.

Thank you again in advance guys.

Hi,

1. Like that: www.hikashop.com/en/support/forum/4-how-...re-detail.html#29168

2. Yes, you can add modules there. You will have to go in the joomla modules manager, create a new module and assign it to that page and to that template position. You can put any type of module you want...

3. When you setup taxes in HikaShop, you have to restrict your tax rules to a zone. If that zone is louisiana, only the users with an address in louisiana will be charged for the taxes. More info on setting up your taxes here:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...axation-listing.html

4. You should turn off the joomla cache in the configuration of joomla as well as the joomla system cache plugin.

The way i have the site pages set up is that each product is all on the same menu item, so when i try to assign modules to that particular page, the module will be shown even on the home page. is there
a way to separate my home page and products from not being in the same menu item? for example the entire hika shop cart is under the "take up your cross" menu item "same page" basically so how
would i go about adding modules to just the product display pages. thanks again for your expertise, it is well respected.

If you want to show a module only on the products page, you can unpublish it in the module manager and enable it in the "modules under the product page" option of the Display tab of the configuration of HikaShop.
However, you won't be able to position it on your website, it will be displayed below the product page.
If you would like to position a module somewhere else and only for products pages, that would require to modify your template.
