Check out Registration form in Spanish

Hello I managed to translate all the registration form correctly however I have 2 problems.
1-the Title drop down ("titulo" in spanish) still shows Mr, Mrs, etc. instead of the spanish initials wich would be Sr, Sra, etc.. but I dont se where to change this in the translations for spanish.
2-By default the country and state show as France (for country) and Rhone (for state). Is there a way to change this or not show any specific country or state until the user chooses one? I cant find where to modiify this?
