HTML not showing up in product listing

I have imported all of my products using a csv file and everything looks great with the exception of the Product description on the front end.

I included all of the HTML formatting in the product_description field of the CSV file and when looking at it on the back end (Product details page) everything looks great. Colors are correct and alignment is correct. But when I go to look at the product on the front end, all of the colors and alignment have been removed. header tags stayed in affect but <span style> tags did not.

This will be critical for me for displaying the details of my products. Is there something I need to do to make this happen?

Thanks,

Hi,

Maybe it's you're wysiwyg editor which stripped the HTML when you saved the product ?
You should check without editing the product description.
If that doesn't work, please provide the HMTL you have before, and a link to your product page so that we can see the result.

All of my HTML is hand coded and pasted directly into my spreadsheet. I do not use a wysiwyg editor. As you can see by the attachments, the description is uploading properly because it is properly formatted when viewing in the JCE editor on the product editing page. But as you can see from looking at the screenshot of the front end, all of the code that was put in to align everything and the code to define the font colors is no longer effective. This has to be happening between the backend and the frontend.

Is there something in the Hikashop code that would cause it to not function properly. I have pasted the actual code that is uploaded in the csv file.

It's not a problem in HikaShop.

It must be either your template CSS or a content or system plugin which is doing that.

If you could give a link to that page, we could check whether or not it comes from your template's CSS.

The user/password you sent two days ago is not working anymore and we didn't get any other credentials from you since then.
