Im turnin off to show price, but It still shows the number of product and PRICE in the cart.
How to turn off, that in the frontend it only shows how many items I have in cart. I dont mean like shopping cart page, just a shopping cart icon with information.

For that you should override the translation string of that text:
X_ITEMS_FOR_X="%s items for %s"

You can do that as explained here:
