Redirect paypal by default?

is there a way to, BY DEFAULT redirect payments to paypal SPANISH PAGE?

The language is not specified to PayPal and PayPal will display its interface in the preferred language you configured in your browser.
We believe that it's better than forcing it.

If you still want to force it to Spanish, you can add the line:
$vars='ES';

before the line:
foreach( $vars as $name => $value ) {

in the file plugins/hikashoppayment/paypal_end.php
