how to add article/text/ to product&checkout pg

I want to add and article/script/text etc... to my product page, above all my products also want to add an article/script/text at the top of the checkout page. how do i go about doing this??

I just need to edit the header h2? on the product page (first link above) and add a header on the checkout page. anyone know how to do this or in what .php i need to edit?
