As I am in the UK, I don't deal with euros so would like to remove this EVERYWHERE.

I have unpublshed euros in the curruncies section on both accounts, but yet it is still displaying? You can see it here - www.themidwiferysanctuary.com/index.php?...oduct&layout=listing

Any help would be fab.

Hi,

You need to change the main currency of your store to your currency in the configuration under the main tab:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...hop-config.html#main

Whether published or not the main currency will always be available.

Yep sorry should of mnetioned that. It is already set to GBP, there is NO other options in the dropdown menu as I only have GBP published. So I don't know where it is getting the euros from.

Thanks,

Then you should also turn off the displayed option of euro:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...urrency-listing.html

If the displayed option is on, the prices will be displayable in euro on the front end but customers won't be able to purchase in that currency and the order will be done in the store's main currency.

Hi my point is that it is NOT set to displayed for euros in the currencies, I have already unpublished them, which I mentioned in the first post.

This is my current set up -
Curriences - ONLY GBP is publish & displayed.
GBP is selected as the stores MAIN currency...

You said you had the Euro unpublished and nothing about the displayed option, which is why I asked you that. Now that you're saying everything is set up correctly, I can only think of a session issue. I checked again your website URL and I see your prices in GPB. Maybe you should clear the cookies of your browser to see the prices in the good currency ?

I have cleared my cookies, I SEE the GBP option but it ALSO displays it in euros.

This is what it looks like -

8,00 € (£ 8.00)

It should just be £ 8.00 and NOT the 8,00 € aswell.

I don't get it lol.

On your link, I only see the GBP price so that means that you still have the EUR selected in your session on your website front end and the system converts automatically the currencies. An easy way to remove it will be to login and logout from your front end.

Yeah yeah got it sorted, I hadn't removed the cookies properly.

Thta is major confusing espcially if you are playing about with the currencies.

Thanks though.

You're right, we will add some code to check on that so that it doesn't happen nd automatically fold back to the main currency.
