Alertpay Problem

I AlertPay plugin active. I set the required information. Alertpay Payment page has no choice.

Could you please give more information on the problem ?
Maybe do for example a screenshot of the configuration of the alertpay plugin and of the page where you have the problem.

Go in the joomal plugins manager, edit the alertpay plugin. Make sure that in is published and then save the options.

Then try again.

I checked your website but you configured the Turkish lira as the main currency of your store with no way of changing it with the "HikaShop currency switcher module" of HikaShop.
AlertPay and PayPal Pro do not support Turkish lira. So either you need to change the main currency to something else or not use these payment plugins.
