hikashop-menu-for-module missing from URL

i am using Hikashop version 1.5.7
i have 2 content menus; "Menu item for category listing module 110" and "Menu item for category listing module 90"

Content menu "Menu item for category listing module 110" has alias name "hikashop-menu-for-module-110"
Content menu "Menu item for category listing module 90" has alias name "hikashop-menu-for-module-90"

both of them have same configuration and associated to same content
i found that module 90 show hikashop-menu-for-module in URL; http://myweb/index.php/hikashop-menu-for-module-90/category/15
but module 110 does not show hikashop-menu-for-module in URL; http://myweb/index.php/category/15

how can i fix this issue?

i checked per your suggestion. Module 110 was selected in menu option.
are there other causes of this issue?

I am newbie here.. I am trying to setup hikashop on my website.... I installed it initially and was not sure how to use it so i uninstalled it. After going through the documentation...now I am trying to install and configure it but in content menu i cannot see anything ...documentation demo shows... brands listing, products listing and categories listing.


but nothing on my side and i cannot even create one.
