Below are the settings that I have for the images. How do I set the size for the pop-up?

I would like the pop-up to be much bigger than the sizes that I have below so I have uploaded larger images but when it pops-up it seems to use 280 x 247.

Thumbnail width: 60
Thumbnail height: 60

Product page image width: 280
Product page image height: 247

Image width: 280
Image height: 247

Thanks in advance!!

Hi,

You should leave blank the options "Image width" and "Image height" and reupload your images.
Actually, the way you set these options, when you upload your product images, they are resized to 280*247 for the main image of the popup.

Sorry to bother you but we are trying to get the pop-up image to fill up as much as the screen as possible vertically and just have a question.

We were able to get the image close to the top of the page but there is space at the bottom and we are not sure how to remove that space so the image can expand more.

Please see attached pic and thanks in advance!!

Hi,

It's a bit complex to do.
If you're using the shadowbox external library that we provide for the images popup, then you'll want to modify the line:
$doc->addScriptDeclaration("\r\n".'Shadowbox.init();'."\r\n");
of the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/popup.php and add a viewportPadding parameter to the init function call as explained here: shadowbox-js.com/options.html
If you're using the extension shadowbox media player, then you'll have to edit that extension code to add the parameter to the shadowbox init function.
