I registered on your website and didn't get the message. That's probably why you don't have the other message on the checkout which tells you that there are no shipping methods configured on your website and that's why it doesn't let you finish the order
So, for the message problem, you should look at our documentation:

And for the checkout, you should go in the menu System->shipping methods to configure them. If you don't ship anything, then you should put 0 to the weight of your products or remove the "shipping" step of the checkout workflow in the configuration of hikashop.
