Reviewing the threads and such, Here are my needed business rules for the county tax requirement.
1. Client will be selling product both within and outside of the State of Wisconsin
2. Instate customers will select their county during registration, out of state customers will select an 'Out of State' for their county.
3. I will need to collect their respective State as part of the address.
If I repurpose the country for the State and if i repurpose the state for county the county shows up for selection but I'm not seeing 'states' as it seems tied to 'Country'. If that's correct, how would I do a work around?
