Hi,
For some invoices the buyers address is included on the paypal invoice, but for other orders the address gets omitted is there a setting or something that I can do to ensure that paypal always includes the shipping address on the paypal invoice ?

Another question, if the above can not be done is it possible to have the entire invoice emailed by hikashop with the billing and shipping address included instead of just the notification of the purchase being made.

Thanks for your help :)

Regards,
Alex

Hi,

I think that the address is only included in the invoice if the user creates a new account (hikashop sends that information automatically to paypal for that) and if the user already has an account without an address, then, you won't have it in the invoice sent by paypal.

If you want to add the address to the email sent to you when an order is created, it's not difficult. You can go in the menu System->Emails and edit the order administrator notification email, there you can add the code which displays the address from the order creation email. It's just some copy/paste.
If you want to add the address to the email sent to you when an order is confirmed you can look at that thread:

You can go in the config under the tab mail and add several emails in the notification emails options. They must be separated by a comma like this:
email1@example.com,emai2@example.com
