Yes, that's what I aim for. But it always charge 10,= euro. Even if the order amount is (way) above 125,=.

What are your settings?

For a free delivery it should be something like:

ignoring the zone being United Kingdom part.

Hi Gasoline,

1. Does all your products have a weight and dimension ?

2. Can you test it with the "Force shipping regardless of weight" options turned ON through "Hikashop->System->COnfiguration->Checkout"

Thanks.

Hello,

I do have the exact same problem with Hikashop Business.
Did you find a solution?

"Force shipping regardless of weight" options is turned ON.
The only difference with Gasoline is I did not set a zone.

Thanks!

Hello

We will need to see these elements in order to better understand your issue :
- Both of your shipping method settings screenshot (take care, we need to see everything)
- An Url link to process some tests

Awaiting your return to progress.
Regards

Hi Philip,

Hereby some printscreens from both shipping methods.

This is the url: foamdetailing.nl/onderhoudsproducten
You can put something in the cart (winkelwagen in Dutch) and see what happens.
Thanks!

Hello,

"The only difference with Gasoline is I did not set a zone."
Actually you did, see my screenshot :

=> Can you process a test without this zone restriction to see if that solve your issue?

If not, then provide these elements :
- An Url link to your backend
- Backend user references (with maximum Acl)

Use our Contact us form to provide these elements, and don't forget to add an Url link to this topic.
Regards

This is not a zone, it is Dutch for None. So I removed all possible zones and then it says “geen” which means “none”.

The url to the backend is: foamdetailing.nl/administrator

I will send you the login details.
Thanks again!

Hi,

Your products have a weight of 0, which means they are considered as virtual goods. And in your shipping methods you have the "Include virtual products price" setting turned off, which means virtual goods are ignored for the min/max settings.
You want to turn on that setting in your shipping methods or set a weight in your products.

That is the solution! Now it works fine.
I didn’t know about the goods being considered as virtual when weight is 0.
Thanks again!
