Style Form

I need to add a few heading in the Form section of the checkout process ( conference.icaj.org/index.php?option=com...ut=listing&Itemid=66 , choose early bird, then a product/ticket, add to cart then to form).
There you will see I changed a bit the Address Information heading. But I need to add more within the Form. Like Flight Details, Employment Details and General (creating sections within the form).
Where do I do that and how can I add them In addition can I place a border around each section? Please help, I really need to complete this during the weekend.
