Bread Crumbs not displaying on product page corect

I have a problem with bread crumbs not displaying correctly when I'm on the product page.
As you can see from this link:
www.pramhandwarmers.co.uk/pram-pushchair...mer-sub-sub-category
I have created 3 categories: Home / Products / Pram Handwarmers / Pram Handwarmer sub category / Pram Handwarmer sub sub category

This is all displaying correctly.

When I click on the product the bread crumb will change
www.pramhandwarmers.co.uk/pram-pushchair...ndwarmer-black-black
Now it looks like this: Home / Products / Pram Handwarmer - Black / Black

I would think that bread crumb should look like this when I'm on the product page:
Home / Products / Pram Handwarmers / Pram Handwarmer sub category / Pram Handwarmer sub sub category / Pram Handwarmer - Black / Black
