Specify Shipping method to Category/Product

Hi,

May i have your advice if i have a category/products that require a specify shipping method, how can i go about doing so?
e.g. i have a special promotion category with some products. This allow user to choose self collection on top of the other shipping method available like postage. I am using the manual shipping plugin but i cant find the option to specify the shipping method for that category/product.

Next, i want to limit customer to purchase only 1 qty and 1 item in a category with several items. Once an item is chosen, they cannot choose another from that category.

1. The solution will be to :
- Use the "Use price per product" option of your shipping configuration page
- Go to your product configuration page
- Block or set a shipping price regarding the shipping method through the "Shipping prices" tab of your product configuration page

2. You can for example :
- Set the weight of your products to 1 Kg
- Set the "Maximum weight" option of your shipping method to 1 so that your customers won't be able to purchase more than 1 product.
