Warehouse two items

So my website is about air conditioners
as you know it is composed of a indoor unit and a outdoor unit.
Even though i sell them as one product on my website,is it possible to have a warehouse for the indoor unit and one for the outdoor unit?

For example:
I have 2 products:
1.One composed of a indoor unit that has the product code "FTXS25" and a outdoor unit "RXS25"
2.The second composed of a indoor unit that has the product code "CTXS25" and a outdoor unit "RXS25"
As u can see they use the same outdoor unit.

But i have to sell them as a pair, like FTXS25+RXS25. My problem is that i need something like two warehouses,and when this product is bought,then it will take the quantity out of both.

Example
I have
4 FTXS25
3 CTXS25
2 RXS25
in my actual warehouse.

One client buys a FTXS25+RXS25 system.
my warehouse should now be
3 FTXS25
3 CTXS25
1 RXS25

If i have product "A" with quantity =5 with characteristic "B" with quantity =5.
Can i have a product "C" with the same characteristic "B" with the same quantity linked to the previous product.
Like ....if someone buys 2x product "A" can the quantity of the characteristic "B" of product "C" also be reduced by 2?

In that case, instead of using a characteristic "B" the solution will be to create a product "B" which will be added as an option of your product "A" and "C", so the quantity of "B" will be reduced if you buy a product "A" or a product "C".
