Report customer chart

I want to make a customer chart as a report in the backend so that I can see when (and which) a customer has ordered products from my shop so that I can see whether a customer orders again and in witch frequency. is that possible to create such a report in the essential version and where and how can I do that?

The reports allow to see the sales by orders products, etc but not to see orders done by customers.

For that you can potentially use the mass actions. Here is an example of mass action with the "order" data:
take.ms/Vj4XU

Mass actions are available in the essential version.
