Hi,

Not yet. That's a feature we're working on at the moment and it should be available in a few month with a new HikaAuction extension.

Hi,

Is the Hikashop Auction plugin available yet, or do you have any timeline on it's completion?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi,

HikaAuction should be release during next month.
The beta test phase is closed and we got some useful feedback which will allow us to make a first release.

Hi Mohamed,
Will HikaAuctions be integrated in Hikashop and Hikamarket or is it a "standalone".
In my particular configuration I have Hikamarket but I do not want the vendors to access the auctions system.

1.
The auctions component should only be available for me (the main vendor), I am the only one able to sell auction items.

2.
Will it be possible to deduct points on every bid?
The customers buy a subscription for auctions bids (x points/credits), each time they bid on an item x point(s) are deducted from their subscription points/credits.

3.
Is it possible to force bid increments? Example:
0-5€ increment is 0.01€
5-10€ increment is 0.10€
and so on ...

4.
Points restrictions / Increments restriction
Simple scenario where customers use 1 point to add 1 bid (auto increment value)
On the auction item page the bidding button action will automatically increment the predefined increment value and deduct x point/credit from the customer point/credits "wallet".

Will these be a possible core configuration when HikaAuction will be available in the next weeks?

Hello,
1. HikaAuction will be a component like HikaMarket or HikaSerial.

2. For the moment, the customer will only be able to bid with money, and the winner of the bid will be able to select the payment method he wants to pay the final price of the product.

3. Sure it's possible to force bid increments, but for the moment we'll only have a unique bid increment for the entire auction (we already added that feature on our TODO list).

4. That won't be possible for the moment because no money/point is deducted from customers until we have a winner for the auction, and THEN the winner will be able to buy the auction product for the final price.
