how can I solve the following problem :

1. Only full boxes to be ordered ( 6 bottles per box at intervals 6,12,18 us so on )
2. The boxes can be mixed ( for example, 2 bottles of pineapple juice and 4 bottles of orange juice )

With the minimum order amount does not. then the box can not be mixed.

You could potentially create a main product with 6 custom fields, each custom fields must list the possible juices.
Then set a price per "pack", this way the customer can compose the bottles in the box and select the desired quantity of boxes.

If the prices of the bottles are different then you can use options with variants.
> create a characteristic with one value per possible juice.
>> create 6 products, add the characteristic to each products, this way you can manage the variants and change the price of each bottles.
>>> create the "box" product and add the previously created 6 products as options.

Like that, every bottle selected will update the box price based on the juice chosen, and the customer can select the quantity of boxes he wants.
