Creation of sales people in hika shop

I only have a few products (2 for the moment and up to 10 in the future), all of them services, most of them yearly subsciptions, that are to be sold by different sales people. I need the system to create clients for each of them and, for them (sales men) to be able to enter the sales in the system. Then the system should calculate their fees in a weekly basis. In case one of the sales men stop working with us I will need to reassign his customers to another sales person.
