PDF Invoice - invoice not send

Hi,
I just started with HikaShop and must say it's great software and very easy to use :-)
But I have a problem. I purchased the PDF plugin, because I want my customers to get an invoice as soon as the order is confirmed. But I can't get this to work.

I can see in the folder that the Invoice is made, but it is not being sent. What can i do to get the invoice send?
When customers look at their orders there also isn't a print-button.
Some advice would be great :-)

Hi,

The print button will only appear if you turned on the "Allow users to print invoices on the front end" setting of the HhikaShop configuration.
The PDF will be attached to the emails when the orders get confirmed. Is that the case ? Are your orders's status being changed to "confirmed" automatically after the payment on your payment gateway ?
If not, then the problem is with the payment notification, not the PDF invoice plugin.
Some screenshots, of the Orders section of the HikaShop configuration and of the settings of the PDF invoice plugin would also help.

Hi Nicolas,

I found the option "Allow users to print invoices on the front end".
Unfortunately I still am using the starter version. But for now I can live with it ...

The invoices are created. I can see them in "plugins/hikashop/attachinvoice/attachinvoice/invoices"
First I had my logo added in "Your Shop address" like this: <img src=" www.kleuterbladen.nl/images/logo/logo-klein.gif " width="100" height="70">
The PDF invoice is not created when using an image in the "Your shop address" field.
When I removed the image, the PDF did get created.

But the invoice isn't sent with the confirmation mail. Would be great if we could get this to work.

Hi,

So, let me recap :
- orders are being confirmed (check their status in the orders listing)
- you get the order status notification email (with the subject "your order status has been changed to "confirmed"")
- the PDF file is generated
- but the PDF file is not attached to the email
Is that right?

Your settings look fine, so I can only think of the orders not being confirmed, or the plugin not activated or its access being restricted, or something like that.

Hi NIcolas,

Yes, your recap is correct:
Orders are confirmed, pdf is generated but not attached to the email.
The plugin is activated, I am sure about that.

I wil PM you with acces to my site.

BTW: I noticed something weird in the Extension-list. All extension have dates and authers named, but notthe PDF plugin (see screenshot).

Yes, I see that it's working now! The pdf is attatched to the confirmation email now.
What did you do to make it work?

Oh, ok I understand.
But I don't understand why it is working now and not before. Honestly, I tried and tried before, but really there were no Invoices sent.
