Hi,

I wanted to change my template and created folder in public_html via ftp. Installed new joomla with new template on same database. I did all my modifications. I am finishing it right now.
I know how to change it but not sure how to import users, orders from hikashop.
I found that in php admin I have x2 hikashop tables. Can I just rename old site tables to new one? so I will have what i need? I tried with order table and it seems to work but I thought I will ask before doing this...
Or is there any other way I could have orders, addresses, payment info.... to be imported?

Hi,

Yes, you want to rename the tables (change the prefix) so that the system can use the tables coming from the old website. You'll also want to copy the content of images/com_hikashop/upload and media/com_hikashop/upload from your old website to your new website in order to get the images of the products and categories.

Thank you.

1. I also have another question related to shipping restrictions. I don't want to create new topic so I will ask here.

I want to have free delivery if amount is 20eur or more.
I created hikashop manual shipping plugin x2 and configured like this:

If amount less then 20 eur, shipping cost 1.49 eur, restriction set to Maximum price:19,99 €
If amount is more then 20eur, shipping is free, restriction set to Minimum price:20,00 €

But it doesn't work. If amount is more then 20eur, shipping still is 1.49 eur. Free shipping isn't showing....
I tried to remove checkout/shipping override but no success. Did I miss something?
Please take a look at pictures attached.

2. What file I should modify to change billing, shipping addresses button "NEW" size?
There are custom button sizes in my template and I would like to apply it on this button but I can't find where.
I have looked in checkout/ all address files but it seems it is not there.

Hi,

1. It's probably because you didn't set any weight in your products and that you have the "include virtual products price" setting of your shipping methods turned off.

2. HikaShop doesn't set the button size itself. The size is automatic based on the length of the text in it, that is unless your template forces the size of the buttons and in that case, you will have to modify the CSS of your template and you want to contact them about that.

Hi,

Setting "include virtual products price" to on did the trick.

Thank you Nicolas
