client Can't update account from front end

Hi, when i access the frontend as an user i cannot access the "modify account" option, i click and nothing happen
is there some configuration needed?

And sorry, but this is a Joomla page (with the link supposed to open another Joomla page where you can edit your Joomla user details) and not at all related to HikaShop. You should seek help from either your template provider (as they might have included modifications affecting this function), or in a dedicated Joomla forum, e.g. forum.joomla.org

However, alternatively you may try to create and use a menu item of the type -> HikaShop -> User control panel. In addition to users being able to manage their addresses, view their orders, etc, the page also contains a link to the Joomla user profile.
