Order cancelled emails

Hi,

1. Is there a way to send order cancelled email when user cancel it via front-end order listing management?

2. Hikashop Orders Automatic Cancel Plugin. Is there a way to exclude weekends or it does it by default?
As example if order is created on friday and manual bank payment will be received only Monday. So i can't set plugin to cancel order if not paid within 2 days.

Hi,

1. That should already be the case. There is an email sent to the merchant when the order is cancelled.
You don't receive it ?
If so, make sure that you didn't deactivate the order cancel email notification in the menu System>Emails.

2. There is no way to exclude weekends. Then, set the delay to 4 days, in order to be safe.
Otherwise, you would have to customize the code of the plugin.

Hi,

1. I dont see such email there. The only one with cancel is "order cancel" which is to notify admin about it.

2. Ok. Thanks. I'll have to modify plugin cause holding product for 4 days is just to long for us.

1. So question is still same. How to sent cancel email to user who has cancelled hes order via order listing management via front-end? Cause no email arrives to user only to admin!

Hi,

If the user cancel is own order ; he won't receive a notification email because he perform the operation himself.
