Remove Address Check in my Contact Page

I would like to remove the Address Check (useless for me) in my contact page.

Hello,

Since your website is password protected we can't be sure of what your contact page is ; so we can't know if it's a Joomla contact page or if it's right the HikaShop element.
Please provide more details about your page (screenshot of page, of settings, etc)

Hi,

I've had a look at your link. However, it's not a HikaShop contact page.
It's a contact page made with Joomla ot another extension.
So we can't help on its customization.
