Hello!
I migrated a magento website with more than 1200 products but I have a small problem .
I uploaded the images in the same file structure as it was in magento and updated the table hikashop files accordinly.
The column file path has for example /f/a/farba-pudelko_new_21.jpg which is the correct path.
The funny thing is that I tested before doing that with 1 product and it worked
And now it doesn t .
Can you give me your lights?

Hi,

Well, either you have a problem with where you put the files (are they in images/com_hikashop/upload/ ?) or you have a problem with the rest of the data in the hikashop_file table. For example, if the file_type is not correct, HikaShop won't find the images.

Hello Nikcolas.
I m in the images/com_hikashop/upload/ as you can see in screeshots. I have screenshots with proof of a product, showing phpmyadmin row and file.

I m sending you access in case you have some time to take a look.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Well, the issue is one I listed in my previous message:

For example, if the file_type is not correct, HikaShop won't find the images.

On the screenshot of your phpmyadmin, I can see that the file_type column is empty for that image instead of being "product". That's why HikaShop doesn't find the image.
