Payments log files give me error

When I try to pull the log file from the configuration --> system --> files come up with error, would you please see the attachment and direct me to the right path, thanks

when you say Also, change the file name of the log file setting so that it will start with a new empty file.
it that the file I found it on the server which is report_654648.log, should I name it .old and remove .log ? Thanks
