Hi,

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly.
The URL you provided is not a Joomla website.
So adding HikaShop to it is not possible as HikaShop was developed to be an extension for the Joomla CMS.
But if you're asking whether you can create a website similar to this one with HikaShop and Joomla, then yes, you can.
