Error message when installing German

Hello,

I'm new to Hika - just installed the Starter Kit.

As I will use it in Germany it recommended to download the latest German language file from Hika. So far so well, however there was an error message prompted:

Die Datei /var/www/vhosts/buch-comptoir.de/subdomains/shop/httpdocs/language/overrides/de-DE.override.ini konnte nicht gespeichert werden

[= File ... could not be saved]


Need to worry about this?

The error happens because hikashop couldn't write in that file. You need to make sure that this file can be written in that folder so that the message disappear. The language override is useful when you want to change texts in HikaShop. If you don't need to change any text in HikaShop you won't need to fix the access rights to that file and can just ignore the message.
