ATOS notification de banque aucun email

avec paiement ATOS

je recois bien l'email avec la facture mais si c'est refuse et ou confirme en retour auto de la banque ni le vendeur ni le client ne recoivent d'email et pareil pour paypal

comment faire pour recevoir ces notifications importantes ?

Autoriser les notifications de paiement par ? sont toujours sur oui
je ne suis pas en mode test ou sandbox, ni sur localhost
Le fichier de logs est vide

et dans la liste des problemes No payment notification/order confirmation email received after payment je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait empecher ça dans le .htaccess ou pour des questions de securite

si je cherche languagefilter -> Aucune extension installée ne correspond à votre demande
Le fichier de logs est vide /home/monsite/public_html/media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/logs/report_xxxxxxxx.log

et j'ai toujours aucune notification alors que les emails partent pour tout le reste

cette galere , j'ai aucune notification de statut de banque par email

le fichier n'existe pas ni meme le dossier logs que j'ai cree

j'ai mis le dossier safe en 777 (et il etait en 755) mais il n'y a qu'un htaccess dedans , dois je creer un fichier log dans safe ? a t il toujours le meme nom ? report_567395059.log

sur la doc je lis : In the same manner, the menu on the checkout is not accessible to non logged in users.

si c'est le checkout du caddy oui bien sur il faut etre loggé pour le voir, si on veut voir le caddy sans etre inscrit on est redirige vers la page d'inscription, mais pour retrouver où c'est dans le code !!
une idee où il faut modifier ça dans le code pour rendre le caddy visible au users non identifiés ?
