Thanks for the report.
I have create a patch in order to fix the issue of the "print cart".
We first need to perform few tests and we will include the patch into the HikaShop 3 package.

Je viens de refaire un test après avoir vider tous les caches et le fonctionnement est OK.
Excusez-moi pour cette fausse piste.

Please provide more details about your website (HikaShop version number, if you have view overrides, etc).
The content we can see in the "first" popup is not what is should be ; so I'm afraid that I don't understand how you got it.
If you can explain the workflow ; it will help us to understand and try to reproduce in our side.

HI, As far as I am aware there are no over rides. Version 3.0.1, just upgraded from 2.6.4. In carts select the print button, it opens the pop up that you can see says 'cart' then press print again and it's then the blank screen?

Can you try to process some test with a default template like ProtoStar and see if that able to display pop-up content.
If the default template don't solve your issue, can you provide an Url link to your issue page and maybe some user frontend & backend access.
