enregistrement impossible depuis la 4.7.4

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.11
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.33

depuis la version 4.7.4 impossible de s'enregistrer , a l'inscription la page saute et revient en haut mais rien ne se passe et aucun utilisateur nest inscrit meme si je supprime dans mon template hk/user hk/address et meme com_users

tout marchait avec la 4.7.3

ca fait 2 jours sans aucune inscription !

quel fichiers ont changes ?

je vois une nouvelle feature The user registration in HikaShop now also checks the email address against the domain names restrictions configured in the Joomla user manager options. mais dans ma liste il n'y a qu'un domaine interdit et rien d'autre

Je viens de faire une MAJ en localhost a la va vite de J 3.10.11 vers J 4.3.2. et tout marche parfaitement donc c'est bien lie a la version de Joomla 3
Mais je passe a la 4 sur le site de suite donc le problème est résolu

Did you figure this out? I'm having the same issue!

no I couldn't solve the problem therefore I have upgraded to J4 but too fast without really testing all, it comes from. bug with J3 I guess

there is still a problem with J4
when I try I can register, but nobody else is successful, there is no registration at all even with Joomla 4

Hikashop version 4.7.3 worked perfectly

there is no errors message

c'est forcement lie a la version 4.7.4 de Hikashop puisqu'avant cette version on avait 4 ou 5 enregistrement par jours et depuis plus rien

I'm working with the team right now to figure this out, but I have no idea if this is a J4 issue or a HikaShop version issue as I was using 4.7.3 on J3. Since I was updating the site to J4, and had the time, I also updated to HikaShop version 4.7.4...so I have no idea if it would have worked on J3 or not.

Hopefully we can get this working ASAP
