Custom Field priceの設定方法がわからない

You need to go to the System>Plugins menu of the HikaShop backend.
There, you can click on the "new" button to create a new instance of configuration for the plugin.
Then, select the custom field price among the list of plugins.
Then, you can configure the plugin.
The main setting is the one where you can select the custom field to use.
Then, you need to use the + icon to add prices. For each price you need to enter the value you want.
For example, if you have a custom field "color" with 3 values like "blue", "red", "green", and you want to have a different fee for different colors, you want to add 3 prices, one for each value with the corresponding price entered there.

You won't be able to do this with the custom field price plugin or the cart fee plugins. They are not made for this.

However, you can do this with the default "manual shipping method plugin" preinstalled in HikaShop.
For that, you need to :
1. Go in the menu System>Shipping methods
2. Click on the "new" button and select the "manual shipping method plugin"
3. Turn on the "published" setting, the Yen in the "currency" setting, and make sure the "with tax" setting is turned on
4. Enter 0 in the "minimum price" setting, 20000 in the "maximum price" setting and 400 in the "price" setting

Repeat these steps for each price range, with the corresponding shipping fee. Note that once you created one shipping method with the correct name and description, you can use the "copy" button on the Shipping methods listing to duplicate it, so that you just have to edit the copies, and change the "minimum price", "maximum price" and "price" settings.
Also, please make sure your products have a weight.

The system will automatically select the correct shipping method based on the cart subtotal amount
