This is our website for our nightclub, which we also use to sell advance tickets to special events (along with other ad-hoc items such as advance party bookings)

We use Joomla 2.5, Hikashop Business & Hika Serial.
We use YooTheme (Glass) for the template

Using Hikaserial we have used the Attach Serial Plugin to now start sending the generated tickets to our customers in a similar printout format to that used by Ticketscript.

For "Validation" on site when customers arrive, we have build a custom page which downloads the serials to a local database (to prevent any issues with loss of external connection or slow internet speeds) and then verifies each serial and records the date & time it was scanned for audit purposes.
