Display of SEF -Page Tittle and Decent URL

Hi Support

Help, my url is display module path and module description as heading.
I am sure this solution exist but i looked around but found nothing close to help. I have also read this document - www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ig.html#features_sef Excuse me if this sound too simple.

How can i display decent url and decent page heading... We went online yesterday and it is important i correct this items as soon as possible.
