small modifications, and software key generator mo

Have a small (currently 3 products) hikashop essentional on my website (mmb DOT com). I need it configured properly.

a) European VAT system, (so it should decide EU consumer 19%, EU company 0%, all the rest 0%)
b) Shipping 50 euro, no matter what country
c) paypal automatic handling



Aditional;

I want to add atleast 2 virtual products (software) which will be protected with either winlicense or VMprotect. I prefer automatic handling (both protections have some php key generator modules) So customer pays and gets his license automaticlly
