Will pay for custom coding job in HikaShop

I have an online store that includes me selling items that need to be customized. Therefore, the customer has to fill out a separate form after the checkout. The only problem is that I have no way of telling the customer to go to that page that has the form. I will pay an expert $40 to set up a script that does one of the following:

• Opens a new tab with the link I give you upon clicking the "Next" button on the checkout page
• Opens a pop up window with the link I give you during the checkout page
• Redirects the customer to the custom form page after they confirm the purchase through Paypal

I would prefer to have the code you write for me open a pop up window when the customer clicks the "Next" button on the checkout page, so if you can do that please let me know. I think this is a pretty easy $40 for someone who knows what they are doing!
