colour changing products on selection from svg

My site sells Wall Stickers and decals. I'd like a feature on my site whereby clients can click on a colour and the image reflects this change using SVG's . The site has a few hundred designs with 25 colours each. We add /change colours frequently and add designs more than that, so doing so using images would be a huge manpower issue.

The other benefit of using SVG's is adding another feature - I'd like users to be able to upload a jpg , then over lay the svg to see how the design will look on their wall. Ideally linked to products directly to enable an easy "add to basket " feature.

Finally - the SVG's can't be accessible to users to download in any way.

I'm open to input on the project and features etc but anxious to get it live soon
