Enter zip code for UPS shipping fee before login

Hi,
I need help with following issue: with the UPS or Fedex shipping plugin, the customer has to log in to see the shipping fee. This is very annoying for the customer.
I need a modification as the picture shows, the customer enter the zip code and the shipping cost shows. It should be integrated in the product cart.
