Additional E-Mail needed of confirmed order

Hi

I am selling e-vouchers for my partners.
I need to send a copy of the confirmed order to the partners (manufacturers of the product) to tell him that one of his vouchers were sold. So he is always informed which voucher (serial number, date, amount) was sold on the shop.

The E-Mail should include the same E-Mail content as the buyer receives (copy):
- price (amount), name, date...
- but also content regarding selling e-vouchers: serial number !!!
- png attachment (voucher made with attach serial plugin) - nice but not absolutely necessary

I already made custom fields for the required E-Mail-address in the backend....
- custom field for category manufacturer
- custom field for products
...dont know which will be the best way??

But that´s all I can do by myself - who can do the rest? Who can help?
