Well, if you want to be sure from where the error is coming from ; I can recommend you to use the special MYSQLi driver "HikaMysqli".

This driver might not be up to date regarding the modifications of Joomla 3.x but when a SQL error occurred, this special driver display a lot of information for the debug trace (like you can see in the screenshot in the other thread).
Thanks to the debut trace, you will be able to know from where component the query is coming from.
But I checked the all HikaShop code ; at any place we have a mention of "content_types".
