-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.5

See attached screenshots. The backend reporting shows a balance for the affiliate of $44 however the users frontend reporting shows a balance of $0.

Also is there anyway to make the affiliate reporting page better? Maybe show their name and other statistics? Previous orders? Paid amounts? Etc...?

Hi,

We're not able to reproduce the problem.
What do you have when you click on the icon of the sales in the popup ?

Could you provide a backend access with the name of the affiliate account with the problem and a FTP access via our contact form so that we could have a better look at the problem ?

The popup has some serious CSS problems and can't be seen due to huge margin-left. See screenshot. Second screenshot is with cheating the CSS and still shows nothing.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.
The popup issue comes from your template not supporting properly Joomla popups.
Change the "popup mode" setting to "vex" in the hikaShop configuration in order to use our own popup system and it should display fine.
I've checked your settings and didn't find any problem in the backend, nor in the affiliate settings nor in the affiliate itself.
Would it be possible to have an access to the affiliate account on the frontend so that we could directly see the problem on the frontend and debug the issue there because I don't see what it could be ?

Hi,

I've checked the partner you provided but I couldn't see any problem.
Here is what I have on the backend for that partner:
take.ms/H5Kpa
And here is what I have on the frontend for him:
take.ms/Q841c
As you can see, the amounts match.
And the sales in the popup display fine, with the same orders both in the backend and the frontend.

Ok, WE are doing something wrong then. Can you share the URL you have for the frontend? If we login with that affiliate account we get a totally different partner-id than you do. See our screenshot.

Hi,

Well, there is no trick here. I've used the URL that you provided :
Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.
And the DC7 user account you provided.
Also, if you look at the affiliate URL, the one of your screenshot is for the user with the id 2 which is the user simplecms, not the user DC7 and the user simplecms has an affiliate sales total of 0 on the backend, so it matches with your screenshot of the frontend.
So to make it short, you're not logged in with the correct user and it's just a misunderstanding on your end.

That's super bizarre. For weeks that page has only been showing the id=2 account. I just logged in and it took me to the right affiliate page. Weird. Sorry for the hassle.
