Affiliates not able to see click page

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

When affiliates log in and try to see the "all clicks" page under stats, nothing happens when they click the button (the page goes nowhere.)

I recently changed the CSS frontend to Default after having issues with not having stars for customers to vote with, it had been on custom.

Hello,

As you can see, a popup window is expecting, from this many reasons can lead to this kind of issue.



Can you try to test with ProtoStar in order to see if that solve your issue, if yes it's linked to your template and so contact his creator.

If no, so for this idea can you provide :
- User access to affiliate (use our Contact Us , add an url link to this topic).
- A screenshot of your General display options (in Components => HikaShop => Configuration, then Display tab), like this :

Hi,

The problem comes from your template which doesn't support the Joomla popup system.
Go in the HikaShop configuration under the "Display" tab and try the different options of the "popup mode" setting.
