Affiliate account active button does not work

It's an issue with the CSS of the template.
If you try with the default template of Joomla, it displays fine.
I've added a patch to the view override of that page in the template we're using on our demo website to use normal yes / no radios there to avoid the problem.
You can do the same by editing the file "show" of the view "affiliate" via the menu Display>Views and changing "hikaselect" to "select" at the two places where you have them in that view file.
Otherwise, adding some custom CSS to the template could also fix the issue.
