Affiliate sales if canceled or refunded

In Affiliate sales table I have canceled (I gues refunded is the same) order. But there is partner amount for sale. Not OK

I don't agree with you. Knowing whether a partner amount has been paid or not for a refunded order and how much is important. Plus, order statuses can be customized in System>Order statuses, so we don't necessarily know what status corresponds to what. So we decided to always displays the amount and whether it has been paid or not, regardless of the status of the order.

If I export all aff sales in mass actions from that partner, sales amount is there. Not OK

That's a problem with how you configured your mass action. You should add a filter on the order status to only take into account confirmed orders in your mass action if you don't want orders with another order status.

An order is linked to the partner and the partner fee is calculated when the order is created.
That same order will be taken into account in the affiliate sales figure when the status of the order changes to confirmed, after the payment.
If the order is refunded, then it won't be taken into account in the affiliate sales figure.
However, if you already paid the affiliate fees to the partner (taking into account the order because it was confirmed at the time) before you refund the order, you want to see that the partner fee has already been paid for that order and the amount, so that you can take it into account and deal with this situation manually, even if the current status of the order is refunded.
