Hello,
Nope this is not SEF problem
Sorry I wasn't able to fully watch the video you shared at first, maybe a bug of the website ? The video was acting like a 5 secondes gif, so I thought the page was reloading itself after clicking on a product.
Your issue seems to be coming from the fact the HikaMarket product template is setting the "product_auction" field of the Auction through the #_hikashop_product table to the "finished" status.
We'll try to reproduce that issue on our end and fix it as soon as possible. But for the moment, the best solution will probably be to directly :
- Go to the "#_hikashop_product" table through your phpmyadmin page
- Edit the "product_sale_start" and "product_sale_end" field and remove their values
- Change the value of the "product_auction" field to 0
That way no date fields or auction status will be inherited for the template.
Note that the next HikaAution version will soon be released, and we created a "Back on sale" option which will be unable you to put "finished" auctions back on sale, just by clicking on a button.
We'll also add a fix for that issue on that version.
Kind regards,
Mohamed.
